  • The new E-ops module is now available. Please contact us for further details or a demonstration.

  • You can now filter and search by users assigned to tasks and actions on the reporting page.

  • Incidents with category 'Confirmed case of Covid-19' are no longer RIDDOR reportable, therefore notifications will no longer be sent to users with 'RIDDOR only' notifications set up.

  • The ‘Help Centre’ link is now displayed at the top of the page. This will make it easier for users to find.

  • When logging an accident, for a child, you can now select months as well as years for their age.

  • You can now download a Risk Assessment in Tabular view format as well as Expanded view format.

  • Within library, the folders in the ‘Client documents stream’ in the library now appear in alphabetical order.

  • Within library, a separate location is no longer required for documents uploaded to Client documents. A document will inherit the folder’s location(s).

  • Within library, the folders and locations of documents in the library are now visible when searching or editing a document.

  • Within library, a user is now able to select to notify users when uploading or editing a client documents.

  • The process of reactivating a suspended task has been streamlined and improved.

  • There is now an option to ‘Send a welcome’ email to a user who was created with the option of ‘skip invitation email' selected. The email can be sent at a later date via the manage users page.

  • An option to suspend or reactivate multiple tasks and actions has been added to the manage locations page.

  • The manage users page has been updated to streamline information shown by default and allow other information to be displayed by hovering over relevant icons.

  • There is now a ‘Contact Number’ field available when setting up a new user.

  • The search function in the library has been improved, only relevant documents are shown when searching.

  • If media has been added to a task when answering questions, the media can now be downloaded in addition to being viewed.

  • More details have been added to the Risk Assessment - Request for approval email, to make it more clear on what’s required.

  • Risk Assessment approval logic has been updated.

  • A new icon has been added to ‘Manage available assets’ page to show which Task each asset is linked to.

  • The ‘Document not uploaded’ exclamation mark in My Work/Dashboard now brings the user to the History page of the Task, which will help letting the user know where the document needs to be uploaded.

  • When adding Actions to an External Task via ‘Add document’ - the title, the action details, assignees and deadline date and time are now auto populated and editable.

  • A note has been added to Archived Tasks to let you know they have been archived if they are included within the results of a management report.

  • An Action with multiple assets or locations now has a pop-up message to let you know if more assets or locations are available to complete.

  • When deleting an asset, if it’s part of a task or action then a pop-up message lets the user know this before confirming the delete.

  • A Risk Assessment can now be downloaded in a Tabular view format as well as Expanded view format, which makes it a shorter document.

  • The ‘Account password updated successfully’ email is no longer sent when a new user is set up. It now distinguishes that it’s a new user and therefore never had a password to update in the first place.

  • An option to set media to be required before being able to complete an action has been added.

  • The Authority names on an EAV have been standardised.

  • The look of Management, Scheduled & System Reports tabs has been updated.

  • The wording on adding media to an event has been updated from “Add documents” to “Add Media”

  • The logic relating to the date that a Risk Assessment Template was updated to a new version, has been improved.

  • How Audit question banks are displayed when creating a new Audit template has been improved.

  • A comment is now required to explain what was done before an action can be completed.

  • If an Action is marked as no longer relevant but has multiple assets or locations, a pop-up message appears to inform you.

  • The text relating to what special characters can be used when creating a password, has been updated.

  • An improvement has been made to how the system handles multiple users accessing a task, decreasing the likelihood of users being locked out of a task and not being able to resolve it.

  • How the system handles the move from GMT to British Summer Time behind the scenes has been improved.

  • An issue where assets from other locations were visible has now been resolved.

  • An issue where some deleted users were still present under the reporting tab has been resolved.
