This allows users to receive notifications when compliance and efficiency levels drop below a level that you deem acceptable.
You can also add your company logo which will then be produced on any pdf reports you download or print.
To set your compliance and efficiency levels:
Choose the location from the drop-down menu;
Select the notification you wish to turn on using the slide button for each notification;
Enter your acceptable compliance/efficiency level;
Choose time of day you wish to be notified;
Select person/s you wish to be notified.
You can add multiple notifiees for different levels by repeating the process. For example, the manager of the hotel may need to be notified if the compliance level drops below 90% and if it drops below 80% the managing director may need to be notified if the level is deemed to be critical.
Inactive users report
This allows the administrator to check their users activity on the system, by sending out a notification when users have been inactive on the system for a set period of time. The report notifiee will receive a list of users who meet the criteria.
