From your home screen, click on the ‘Reporting’ tab from which you will be directed to a page that looks like the following;
You will need to change the ‘Activity’ filter to ‘Risk’.
This will default to showing completed risk assessments. If you are looking for a risk assessment you haven’t finished completing, it will be under draft, you can change the ‘Status’ filter from completed to draft.
To finish completing the draft risk assessment, select the ‘edit’ icon and continue to go through the stages to finish.
