From your home screen, click on the ‘Reporting’ tab from which you will be directed to a page that looks like the following;
You will need to change the ‘Activity’ filter to ‘Incident’.
This will default to showing draft incidents. If you are looking for an incident you have completed, it will be under completed, you can change the ‘Status’ filter from draft to all or completed.
If you started creating an incident report and need to finish it, it will show as draft. Change the status to show ‘Draft’ incidents.
To finish completing the draft incident report, select the ‘edit’ icon and continue to go through the stages to finish.
