From your home screen, click on the ‘Reporting’ tab from which you will be directed to a page that looks like the following;
You will need to change the ‘Activity’ filter to ‘Accident’.
This will default to showing pending accidents. If you are looking for an accident you have completed, it will be under completed, you can change the ‘Status’ filter from pending to all or completed.
If you started creating an accident report and need to finish it, it will show as draft. Change the status to show ‘Draft’ accidents.
To finish completing the draft accident, select the ‘edit’ icon and continue to go through the stages to finish.
