How to view and edit accidents, incidents or enforcing authority visits

Only certain roles and user groups can view and edit completed these reports, and only certain roles and user groups can see all events for their premises.

All users can view event reports they have submitted and all users can edit reports they have started that have been left in draft.

Select the ‘Reporting’ tab.

From the full dropdown list choose the type of event you are wanting to view:

  • Accident

  • Incident

  • Enforcing Authority Visit (titled EAV in reporting tab)

  • Task

  • Action

  • Risk

  • Audit

  • Overdue

Filter by date, premises and report statues (completed or in draft).

Additional filter fields are also available for accidents and incidents:

  • Accidents: Occupation of injured person (employee, member of public etc), or RIDDOR status

  • Incidents: Incident category (e.g. food positioning allegation, near miss etc)

Once the type of ‘event’ and any other filters have been applied, the list of result will appear underneath the filter fields.

To edit a report, select the notepad & pen icon.

To view a report, select the eye icon.

To delete a report, select the bin icon. Only certain users have the access to delete reports.
