My Work is a page that can be found at the top of your screen in the navigation bar.

This shows your own overall compliance and efficiency scoring for any tasks and actions that you have been assigned to complete.


Internal tasks are tasks that are carried out by staff members on a recurring scheduled basis, e.g. weekly bedroom inspection within a hotel. Tasks should be assigned to team members who are required to undertake them.

External tasks are tasks that are carried out by an outside company on a scheduled basis in line with contractor agreements. i.e. a gas engineer coming to complete an annual gas safety check. You may be assigned into tasks of this nature, if you are, it is your responsibility to ensure that the work is carried out and also all contractor documentation is uploaded.

Actions are one off tasks that have a date of completion when they're required to be completed. An example of this would be 'fix the store cupboard door'.

All of your internal tasks, external tasks, and actions all impact your overall compliance and efficiency scoring, so it's important that all of these areas are managed effectively.

Using the ‘Location’ box near the top right of the screen allows you to be able to filter by location if you are assigned to multiple locations.

You may also see entries from other modules as well which include: risk assessments, incidents, accidents, enforcing authority visits and e-ops.
