Adding and Managing Assets

Assets can be added to your system so that they can be associated with tasks. For example, ‘Vehicle Check’.

To access your current assets and add new assets go to the ‘Admin’ tab and select ‘Manage available assets’. If you are unable to see this it will mean that you do not have permission to add assets and will need to ask your general manager to add these for you.

If you select ‘Manage available assets’ and click the yellow + box.


Add Asset:

Enter the asset name – e.g. Vehicle 1. 

Assets can be tied to a location or be a ‘floating asset’.

It is important to tie assets to a location if it is only used at one location, to prevent other locations viewing it and using it in their tasks.

Click ‘Add Asset’ once complete.

‘Manage available assets’ gives you the option to edit, delete or clone an asset.
