The 'Manage users' tab in ‘Admin’ is where you can manage users in the system. Here you can add users and change users role permissions.

RIDDOR – Enabling RIDDOR allows the user to confirm the RIDDOR status.
Permission Groups - For allocating custom permissions. You need to ensure permission groups are set up before adding users into these.
Notification groups – For selecting which optional notifications you would like to receive. Some notifications are automatic or created by users and these can not be opted out of. You need to ensure permission groups are set up before adding users into these.
User Locations – Locations user can be assigned to. A user can be assigned to more than one location.
User dashboard – This is where the administrator can view users ‘My Work’ tab.
Edit User – Change personal details.
Reset Password – To send email password reset to user.
Delete User – The deletion of a user will only be allowed when activities assigned to the individual are reassigned to an alternative system user.
