Getting started and navigating the system.

Welcome to your Saeker online health and safety compliance system.

This article gives you an overview of the basics of using the Saeker System. Should you require further training you can book a session with the team here.

As the administrator of your site you have pre-set permissions which allow you to add users, locations, assets and set the access permissions for your team.

Navigating the system is straight forward and based on the principles of familiar websites insofar that you can access the areas you have permissions for via the tabs at the top of your screen.

 

Navigating the System

My Work: This takes you to a dashboard designed to give an overview for the individual user.

Dashboard: An access-dependent area that gives you as  the administrator an overview of all sites.

Reports: An access-dependent area that is used to run statistical and analytic reports specific to individual subjects.

Admin: An access-dependent area centrally controlling permissions across the entire site.

Yellow + circle: Located at the top right-hand corner of your screen. This is where all users access the areas of the site to record specific actions e.g. an accident or to complete an action assigned to them. 

Please note that if users can’t see any of the tabs mentioned above it’s because permissions have not been set for them to do so.
